Caravan Park Accommodation Getaway News
Posted on October 10, 2014The rugby League and AFL seasons are done for another year, and the school holidays are over for another term. But, the cricket season is well underway and it won’t be long until the biggest school holiday break for the Christmas and festive season! This beautiful caravan park of Agnes Water is the perfect place to bring the family for the holiday season getaway.
It has been a busy week around Agnes Water as we start the last term of school for 2014. Spring time has well and truly kicked into full swing with great weather being a feature of most days. The next week has an average daily temperature top around the 25 to 26 degree mark, and most days are set to be sunshine. It is great weather to head down with the family to Agnes Water’s main beach, only a short walk away for a day of relaxation.
The waves at the beach over the week should be nice and calm. It will be good conditions for the whole family, especially for fishing. There have been some awesome sized fish caught lately around the caravan park, hopefully with plenty more to come.
In local Agnes Water school news, due to their great results local students will benfit from guaranteed funding announced this week. Burrett schools are set to receive over $1.3 million in 2015, with many schools in the Agnes Water area receiving extra funding.
In other happenings around Agnes Water this week, tomorrow, Saturday the 11th of October, the Little Athletics Presentation Day will begin at 2pm at the Discovery Coast Sport and Rec Club. And, on this Sunday the Discovery Coast Market will be on at the SES grounds.
That’s it for this week’s Agnes Water caravan park blog for Captain Cooks Holiday Village. From the crew, enjoy yourself.
