Only days left of dirty Movember… YAY
Posted on November 29, 2013Hello from the beautiful holiday area of Queensland, Agnes Water. As Movember draws to a close we say hello to the holiday season, and awesome sunny summer weather Queensland is famous for.
This week the town of 1770, Agnes Water is stepping it up gear with the mercury climbing to new heights for the season. The weekly average for this small town looks to average nice daily highs of 29 – 30 degrees with the days holding mostly sunshine.
As the weather of 1770 picks up so doe’s beach time and the waves this week on the surf are not disappointing. Grab the sunscreen and give the uncluttered beaches of Agnes Water a crack. If you are heading out the pick of the days is Sunday through to Tuesday, but honestly any day out through on the sand will be awesome.
Also on the calendar this week, Saturday night to be exact from 5pm, is Lighting up Agnes. Head down to Endeavour Plaza and check it out tomorrow arvo.
Lastly to all those who are in the home stretch of their Movember campaigns, you’re almost there and well done. I have been sporting, nay, donning with pride a seedy excuse for a mo all month and I can’t wait for December 1st.
Thank you for stopping by and reading this week’s Agnes Water, 1770 blog. From the crew here at Captain Cook Holiday Village enjoy yourselves and take it easy.
